03 · Get started

Put your number down. We do the rest.

One short call: we listen, verify your coverage, and onboard your child.

We call you. No phone trees, ever.

We’ll only use your number to call you about your child’s care. No spam, ever.

04 · Common questions

The questions parents actually ask

Is this real medical care?

Yes. Nurse practitioners, dietitians and behavioral specialists deliver your child's care, and a pediatric GI physician oversees every protocol.

Do you replace our pediatrician?

No. We work alongside your pediatrician, share progress with your permission, and co-manage conditions like celiac disease or IBD.

Is it covered by insurance?

Fiber Health is designed to be covered by large insurance plans and billed like a regular medical practice. We check your specific coverage on the first call, before anything starts.

What ages do you see?

Children and teens through age 18. For children under two, our clinicians will advise whether virtual care is the right fit.

What happens between visits?

The app checks in daily about meals, symptoms and stools, and your care team watches the pattern. If something needs attention, a clinician reaches out.
