Leave your number

No diagnosis yet? That’s okay.

Most families come to us with symptoms, not a name for them. Start with what you’re seeing at home, and we’ll figure out the rest together.

Tell Us What’s Going On

Prevalence by condition (CDC NHANES 2017–2020 · AAP 2025 meta-analysis). Children overlap, so these do not sum. Diagnosis applies to certain functional conditions; others are co-managed or supported.

Common questions

The questions parents actually ask

Is this real medical care?

Yes. Nurse practitioners, registered dietitians and behavioral specialists deliver your child's care plan, and a pediatric GI physician owns every protocol and takes every escalation. The technology supports your care team; it never replaces it.

Do you replace our pediatrician?

No. We work alongside your pediatrician and any specialists you already see. With your permission we share progress with them, and for conditions like celiac disease or IBD we co-manage rather than take over.

Is it covered by insurance?

Fiber Health is designed to be covered by large insurance plans, billed like a regular medical practice. On your onboarding call we check your specific coverage before anything starts, so there are no surprises.

What ages do you see?

Children and teens through age 18. For children under two, our clinicians will advise whether virtual care is the right fit during the intake call.

What happens between visits?

This is where we're different. The Pooficient app and our care companion check in every day about meals, symptoms, stools and medication, and your care team watches the pattern. If something needs attention, a clinician reaches out before it becomes an ER visit.
